Home Services

ENH Home Services is a hospital-based not-for-profit agency that offers a full spectrum of home care services including Home Health Services, Hospice Care and Home Medical Equipment. Our caregivers represent a wide range of medical specialties and expertise and are available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They work with patients, their families, and primary care physicians to tailor home care to meet individual needs. ENH Home Services prides itself on its 100-year tradition of excellence. We are a part of Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, which also includes Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park Hospital, ENH Medical Group, ENH Foundation and ENH Research Institute.

What are Home Health Services?

Home Health Services help homebound patients recuperate after an illness or injury. These include an array of physician-prescribed services, many of which are covered by Medicare and other insurances.

Home Medical Equipment

Our Home Medical Equipment program provides patients with the supplies they need to remain comfortable while recovering from or treating an illness at home. We guarantee same-day delivery of most equipment.

Our line of Home Medical Equipment includes:

  • Ambulatory aids, such as walkers and canes
  • Bathroom aids and safety items
  • Wound care products
  • Hospital beds and accessories
  • Portable oxygen, including extended use systems
  • Wheelchairs and accessories
  • Sleep apnea equipment (CPAP, Bi PAP)
  • Wallaby (Phototherapy)
  • Nebulizers

Upon delivery, a representative shows patients and their families how to use and care for their equipment. If problems arise, we are available 24 hours a day to give assistance or on-call support.
