The Glenview and Buffalo Grove Health Centers serve the primary care needs of the community. Three specialties (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics) are available at each office. Primary care preventive medicine, skeletal manipulations, women’s health and cardiovascular risk management are offered.

The Skokie office offers comprehensive family care for all ages and special interest in migraine care. For patient convenience, the 9977 Woods building offers on-site laboratory services, full-service radiology suite including MRI exams, an adult diabetes education program and physical therapy services. Other specialties in the building include cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, endocrinology and vasclar.

The Gurnee office offers the following services:
- Complete physical exams – on infants, children, teens, adults and the elderly.
- Management of medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, heart problems, skin problems, women’s health issues, and routine immunizations.
- Procedures done in the office include: Sigmoidoscopy, colposcopy, hearing screening, EKG, X-ray, laceration repair, minor skin surgery, botox injection and sclerotheraphy.
- Complete medical care is offered for the entire family, from newborn to the elderly.
