Flexibility: We realize that you have commitments outside of work - and we try to make accommodations for them. That's why we try to work with you to develop a work schedule designed to meet your needs.
Technology: You'll have the benefit of using our state-of-the-art electronic medical records system. No more entering information by hand - instead -- you'll have quick, easy access to patient information with the click of the mouse. The end result? You'll get to spend more time working one-on-one with patients.
Job Growth: Our management team develops a specific plan for each therapist's professional growth, including three different job levels and numerous mentoring opportunities. Therapists are given the opportunity to move around the organization, so that they can focus on a variety of service areas.
Leadership: Our management is comprised of all therapists, who each participate in a company leadership program.
Specialties: We offer a variety of rehab specialties, so that you're able to pursue your area of interest. If there's a specialty that we don't already have, you have the opportunity to put together a plan to implement it.
Continuing Education: We are committed to continued professional enrichment. You'll have access to a host of educational resources including clinical in-service programs, industry conferences and wide range of development courses. Our therapists also have the opportunity to go on rounds with physicians and nursing staff.
