In order to be considered for an interview, a completed application must be received by the posted deadline.  This includes the following:

1. Application for Admission form filled out, signed and dated (the universal application is also acceptable) 
2. letters of recommendation from residency director and faculty the candidate listed in the application
3. personal statement
4. CV
5. copy of medical school certificate
6. copy of USMLE and/or COMLEX test scores
7. copy of ECFMG certificate for foreign medical graduates
8. wallet-size portrait style photo of candidate

Applicants will be notified in writing whether or not they will be invited for an interview.
